Prenatal Yoga

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or have never done yoga before, this workshop is for you. Come and explore the many facets and depths of preparing your mind and body for your birth experience ahead.

Regardless of how you plan or hope to bring your baby Earthside; regardless of if this is your first baby or if you’ve birthed before, this workshop will prepare you for this significant transition in your life.

You deserve this time and space. Therefore, a gentle prenatal slow flow yoga class will start our time together, inviting you to go deep within to connect with your heart and your baby. You will gain muscle memory within the physical body and learn/be reminded of effective ways to move and breathe to help you throughout the course of your labor.

Together, alongside other pregnant women who are on a similar journey as yourself, a sense of sacredness, openness and safety will be created. This is a perfect opportunity for prompted questions which will help you launch into the rest of the workshop (chocolate will be provided!)

You will have time for private journaling and personal exploration of your hopes, dreams and fears - all essential to the confident preparation of your birth. Because sometimes we don’t even know what lies deep within until we are guided to slow down and create space to listen to our truest selves.
