HeartWork offers a range of over 30 classes every week. Whether you’ve never practice yoga, or you’ve practiced for years, there’s something for you. Between gentle and yin classes, to powerful flows, there’s an opportunity for growth here.

Each class on the schedule links the breath with movement, creating a mindful and transformation space.

choosing your class

With over 30 classes on our weekly schedule, you have a wide variety to choose from. Although we do not require online registration, it may be helpful as some classes do fill.

what to bring

Bring a mat, water bottle, and towel. We have rental mats at the studio for $2. We suggest wearing clothing you are comfortable moving in.

before class

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in. The studio doors lock 5 minutes after class begins. Please take off your shoes, silence your phone, and be mindful of the items you bring into the studio.

during + after class

 Our yoga practice often begins the moment we step off the mat. Remember to take that joy and peacefulness with you and share it with those you encounter! 


What if I’m new to yoga?

Your first week is free!
Choose a class on our weekly schedule that interests you! We suggest starting with a beginner class if you’ve never done yoga before. Additionally, plan on arriving a bit ahead of time to park, meet your instructor, fill out a waiver, and get settled into the space. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your first visit.
