The HeartWork community provides an all-inclusive, welcoming atmosphere for the in-depth study of yoga. We offer small class sizes so that you have an opportunity to get to know your classmates and your instructors. Each school year begins with a new group of students and you will stay with the same group through out your studies. The teacher training students become very close and look forward to their intensive weekends not only for what they learn but also for the opportunity to spend time with each other. Many long-lasting friendships have been made through this program. Join us to deepen your own yoga practice, be a part of a community based on a common love of yoga, and (if you wish) become a yoga teacher. We have two options for training: meet one weekend a month for 8 months or beginning in 2012 participate in our Summer Intensive Program, meeting in June, July, and August for 5 days each month. With our traditional 8 month program, our new year begins each September and the group graduates in May. We do not meet in December. Please contact us directly with any questions.
