There is a YOGA_101 class (our class for those just wanting to start yoga) THIS Saturday, May 15 from 11:30-12:45pm. No need to register, just arrive 10 minutes early. See you then!
You have options for getting started:
1. You can fill out the form below and we will contact you within 24 hours to help you decide on a plan to begin yoga.
2. You can call us at 507-645-8290 and we can talk you through your options.
3. If you are ready to start classes then click here to see when our next beginning yoga class is.
4. If you are totally new to yoga and would like to start from the beginning, we suggest attending our once monthly Yoga 101 class. This class will show you how to do everything from a to z. From where to put your shoes when you get to the studio to which class to take. You will also participate in a short beginning yoga class. After this 75 minute event you will recieve a one-week pass for as many classes as you would like to take at HeartWork. The Yoga 101 class costs just $5. Click here and then into the Yoga 101 event.
At HeartWork Studio you can start your yoga practice any day, stop down today for your first class!
