Prenatal Yoga​​
​Pregnancy is an amazing time in a mother's life! Join other mothers in nurturing your baby and yourself during our Prenatal Yoga classes. This class is designed to increase the endurance, flexibility, and strength of your body and mind during your pregnancy and postpartum period. Your instructor will guide you through yogic postures, breathing techniques, and visualizations that promote a deep sense of connection and relaxation in body and mind. New students and experienced yoginis alike are welcome in this open, nurturing environment. Talk with your doctor before participating in prenatal yoga. Yoga Bonding
​Did you know that babies as young as two weeks can practice yoga? It's a fact! Studies show that babies & crawlers who practice yoga are more confident and happier. (And so are their caregivers!) You may have heard that moms around the globe are enjoying getting back into shape with Yoga Bonding and practicing yoga while happily bonding with their babies. Come to HeartWork Studio with your baby (newborn up to crawler) so the two of you can connect through the beautiful art of yoga. HeartWork Event Cancellation Policy:
​Full payment reserves your spot.  There are no refunds.  If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the start of the event, your payment converts into a studio credit that can be used for classes, events, or products in the retail store.  No studio credit will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start of the event.
