HeartWork Studio is an active dedicated yoga studio in the heart of historic downtown Northfield, Minnesota. We offer many styles of yoga taught by our fantastic staff of 15 yoga teachers. You can take classes 7 days a week in styles from Foundations of Yoga to Advanced Vinyasa to Yin Yoga. You can start classes anytime, and there is no need to pre-register. Just show up at least 15 minutes before the class that you would like to take!

We welcome visitors everyday from the Twin Cities, Rochester, and southern Minnesota. Stop down and join us for a class. Then stay in town for the day! Northfield has 6 blocks of quaint shops and restaurants that only small-town America can offer.
